Get a LOC, cut the wires to your stock sub, and tap into those wires, that way you have FULL control of your sub via the stock head unit.

I also recommend removing the stock sub

an loc is a low level output convertor. it takes your stock sub wires and converts it into the rca outs that it needs for the subs. you can get it at car toys for a bout 20 bucks if you dont wanna spend a lot. they range from 20-about 150ish for a high quality one. i have a solo baric and a 900 watt monoblock soundstream amp. the 20 dollar loc is doing its job

I think you'll want to hook up ALL the stock HU speaker wires to the LOC, run the RCA outs to your amps, and then speaker wire from the amps to the speaker locations. Otherwise, your interior speakers will be getting run just from the HU and you'll have TONs of base from your amps/subs. Won't sound right. The LOCs with multiple outs (front, rear, sub, etc.) cost a little more - the one I'm looking at is about $160.
