Volumn level command

I took deliveried of my 04-TL w/ Nav since May/04, it is an excellent car which I have ever owned, and only problem that I found is the system would not response to the volumn level command, the dealer said it's software problem and told me to come back in my first oil change dued. It could take a few months because I don't drive it very much. Does any folks out there have the same problem ? Any advice would greatly appreciated.

Do you mean the voice command for the volume or the knob?
Do we even have the voice command for the volume?

I believe the volume command only works on the setup screen and is only used to control the volume of the guy/girl giving you navigation directions.

I don't believe that this is such a command to adjust the sound sytem's volume though it would seem that having it accept something like "volume level 17" would be logical. The only volume level command that I am aware of is on Set Up Screen 1 and I believe that is for adjusting the volume of the Voice Response's feedback.
