Does anyone know of a problem similar to this? The volume button on my radio does not work to increase or decrease volume but the steering wheel controls still work. The manual search button to the right works just fine though. It did work once after my nav went kind of crazy and reset itself, which by the way has been happening on a frequent basis. Does anyone have any insights? Thanks.

 

I had the same issue three months after I got my TL. I just brought it into service and they had it taken care of within an hour. They told me there was a "short" somewhere, blah blah blah. Call Acura and make an appointment, they will take care of it.... I havent had the same issue since.

 

I have a similar problem, 05 TL. The volume control on the steering wheel to lower the volume does not click anymore and the controls hardly work to control the radio. On occasion when I turn the steering wheel my volume will lower to off.
I posted a request for help today, 10/12/09. I believe I have a short in the switch and need to pull the steering wheel off and replace the 3 switch assembly but need a little assistance from someone who has done this before.
