Omega, Crime Guard, Excaliber, K-9, Freedom Omega Pro, UltiMate (made by Omega)

Compustar, Compustar Pro, Nustart, Artic Start (made by Firstech)

Audiovox, Prestige, Code Alarm (made by Audiovox)

Auto Page (made by Auto Page)

Viper,Avital,Cliford,Python (Made by DEI)

Each Line is made by one company, this is not a complete list by any means. Theses are just the Big Players

Just make sure that you use ADS/Idatalink bypasses. They Just Work.

I have a viper w/ remote and 2 way aswell. It worked good but I've been having problems with both of my remotes lately... Not sure why.
Also the batteries on the Viper remotes don't last too long Me and my brother had to replace ours not to long after getting them.

Wow, I've had my Clifford for 2 years now and still the original remote battery. It goes at least 3 weeks before needing a charge.

Are you referring to a color remote? That may be the difference if so.
