Audiovox has posted an update for the Verizon VX6600 which seems to fix the Bluetooth issues. I have had it applied to my phone for about a week, and the HFL now always works this phone. Previously, I had about a 50-50 shot when dialing out of whether or not the audio for a call would be through the HFL or the phone. It works every time now.

Be sure to back up first.

Thank you for posting this. I am a regular at the pdaphonehome forums for the XV6600, but had not decided whether to upgrade to this because people were saying it didnt do much.

I have the same 50/50 success with my Acura HFL without the upgrade, so i know what I'll be doing when I get home...
