You may want to try searching mp3car.com as well. They have a section for installed projects.

it's funny to see someone refference mp3car.com (note my user name). I was one of the "original" people on that board, it wasnt even a message board back in the day... there were maybe 50 people on it or so, it was back when you could get a subdomain too, not sure if they still do that, i had integra.mp3car.com and blazer.mp3car.com. I put a computer in my car back in 97 or 98... in an integra... later i put one in my blazer (www.adamcantor.com)... anyhow... just thought it was funny to see people talk about mp3car.com

It is funny though how back then, if you had a computer in your car you were the $hit... now, everyone and their brother has one... The one in my blazer was the most elaborate... Wireless internet, DVD-Rom, CD-R (two separate drives, combo drives didnt exist), joystick, wireless keyboard and mouse, etc, etc, etc... I used a 10.4" lcd i flush mounted into the dash and relocated the AC controls to the center console... you can find it at www.adamcantor.com or a feature on me and my car at mobile entertainment magazine's website (now called road & track Roadgear or something i guess, didnt know this until I just tried looking for the article)
