Got the new Verizon Motorola V710. Phone would not ring in car ..... discovered that only certain ring tones will work. In the settings, just scroll down in the ring tones menu and the audible ring tone in the car will ring when it reaches one that will work.

Check to see if your phone is on vibrate or silent, other threads in here have said that the TL doesn't pick up in either of these two modes.
