V710 - Dialing Out

I have a Motorola V710 that works great with the Bluetooth/HFL except for this one issue.

Why is it that when I use my phone to dial out in the car it randomly links through the Bluetooh/HFL?

I can dial a number and use the phone, and 2 minutes later call the same number and it goes through the HFL.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Sometimes, i just prefer to use the phone vs. the HFL.

youre phone automatically pairs with the HFL once you get in the car. If you want to use the phone, you have to go into settings on the phone and select use handset in the bluetooth options.

If you are making a call via HFL and want to switch to the handset, hit the talk button on the steering wheel and say "transfer" and it will switch the call to the phone and vise versa for phone to HFL. You just need to let your caller know so they dont think you are crazy!

I've never had this problem, and I dial from my phone's phonebook quite often then transfer it to the HFL as soon as it connects. Then again, I got my phone when it first came out and never updated the firmware.
