Hard to say what the problem is. The v600 bug was fixed a long time ago. Sounds like you haven't setup the v600 pairing configuration right. Try setting auto answer to off in both the car setting and head set page on the v600. Also, under the bluetooth setting for the v600, make sure that you set the profile to automatically connect to the TL as opposed to requesting confirmation. As a last check, make sure your software version is at least 9.45R or higher (that takes care of the v600 bug).

Other than these few things, the v600 should work well.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP; I TRIED WHAT YOU SAID AND STILL CANNOT RECIEVE CALLS. LAST NIGHT THE SYSTEM LOCKED UP(IN USE) AND I HAD TO DISCONNECT THE BATTERY TO RESET THE HFL AND RADIO.I DID THE PAIRING LIKE YOU SAID AND STILL NO LUCK IT PAIRS AND I CAN MAKE OUTGOING CALLS BUT NOT GET INCOMING THE SOFTWARE VERSION IS NOT 45R AND T-MOBILE WAS NO HELP AS USUAL.
I HAVE DECIDED TO GO BACK TO MY NOKIA 6600 SPOKE WITH THE ACURA HFL HELP LINE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE HAVING MANY ISSUES WITH THE V600 AND WILL PROBABLY REMOVE IT FROM THE SITE AS AN APPROVED PHONE UNTIL ALL THE ISSUES ARE RESOLVED.

Sounds very strange but you're probably right to go back. Others have used the v600 for quite a while both with the bug and without and have not reported the same problems you identified. Maybe you have a flaky phone. The lock up sounds like a firmware problem. What software version does it have? You can find it here:

Menu>Settings>Phone Status>Other Information>Software Version

I've been using 9.54R for a while now and it works flawlessly. If you have a version prior to 9.45R its confirmed that it does have issues. Depending on your comfort level, you can either upgrade the phone yourself (probably takes an hour of computer setup time) or return back to the Nokia.

I have a motorola v80 which is the same phone as the v600 and works well. My friend has a v600 and it also works fine. Take the phone back to T mobile.

I Just Returned The Phone, I Went Back To My Nokia 6600 Which Works Great, I Also Have A Se T637 But The Recption In My Area Is Weak So I Use The Se As A Backup. The V600 Was An Experiment And When I Went Back To Return It We Checked The Firmware And All Were Triplets TRIPLETS_G_OB.09.3AR_A The Same As Mine.
