Perhaps someone with a V505 may be able to assist.

When I receive a call in the car it answers as set "YOU HAVE AN INCOMMING CALL" however I also get a ring in the V505 phone, different than the ring set for out of the car use (Flare). I have listed my settings below. Perhaps someone can let me know how their V505 is set up which may assist in getting rid of the extra ring. I can't get an answer from ATT, Motorola or HFL.

the car doesnt use the ringer on the phone, it has a preset one it uses, only one type

 

Perhaps my explanation was confusing. I have the car set not to ring with an incomming call but to anounce an incomming call which it does. The V505 phone itself theoretically should not ring at all when a call comes into the HFL. It does. I am trying to find out if there are folks with the V505 that dont get this additional ring in the phone and what setting other then the ones I have set (see thread). I can live with the extra ring but I was looking for a possable resolution.
