usa-spec vs isimple

having trouble deciphering which would be the better route. anyone care to share some experiences/suggestions?

i can only tell you from the isimple side that its a great unit, really easy to use, ive had absolutly no problems with it and i use it for my iphone as well as an auxiliary for the wii in the car.
