Unknown Plug

Hi all. So i was tryna fix my navi hard drive, took off the trunk linen and came across a plug not plugged in ha......my navi problem is this "please check disc" error....always on the screen. When i start the car, the 1st message will be "downloading software" but then fails andd get thee "please check disc"error again...but would thia plug mean anything to my navi?

looks like a harness for a tail light or side marker, not a dvdrom harness.


obvious is obvious....look around and try to find out where the connection goes!!!!!!!!!
