Does the newer (06 and later) TL's have the trip computer function in the NAV unit? I know there is a hack for the 05 to get that function.

Is there any other functions that is worthwhile other than traffic as well?

 

The same hack applies to the 2006- I'm not sure about the 2007/8 models. The real-time MPG bargraph is nice when getting acquainted with how to drive efficiently. The calculated MPG is a tad more optimistic than the MID and you do see 10ths of a MPG as well. There are other features available in addition to the trip computer feature as well.

 

NOPE. 2007 and 2008 get screwed out of this feature/hack.

 

^^ as do users whom have 3.60 nav for the 04/05/06 as the last hack for the trip computer was 3.50 I think..
