Top storage bin won't close...HELP.

Just finished my AVelectronic install along with some other goodies, only to realize the upper storage compartment in the center console will no longer remain shut. I assume I didn't get the spring mechanism put back together correctly. Anyone had this happen before, what should I be looking for when I take the center console back apart?

That's a good start. Also the alignment of the door.

which compartment, the carbonfiber/wood trimed ones or the leather one near the back of the car? If its the front, its easy to fix, take it out and just close the door, look at which spring has not engaged and push to engage.

its really easy to take out the center console, just be careful not to damage the center strips.
