Thumbs up

I know that simultaneously holding down Map/Guide, Menu and Cancel will bring up the navi diagnostics menu.

I know you can calibrate the screen from there, but I have never had to do it. How to do it is a different story, you'd have to ask around someone much wiser than myself.

I also got into the calibration menu, and I found it, but how it works, I have yet to figure it out!

Hey guys, I have 07 TL and couple months ago I had to replace the battery and since then my navi keeps saying check your disc... I cant get into my audio, clock or any other settings. I got 2012 update disc and its doing the same. Before battery replacement my navi didnt always work but I was able to get into other settings on the screen. Now I got nothing.
I was told to check my fuse but not sure which one is... Radio and cd works fine
Thanks

It sounds like your Navi DVD drive either has a dirty lens or is going bad.

For cleaning, see https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-audio-bluetooth-electronics-navigation-94/diy-how-fix-navi-disk-read-errors-873489/ and https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-audio-bluetooth-electronics-navigation-94/dvd-disc-reading-error-3g-garage-i-001-a-690561/ (posts 27 & 46).

Otherwise, Alpine charges a flat $358 for repair after you pull and send the drive to Torrance, CA, IIRC.
