I don't use the cell phone much but I've noticed that when I call a land line that the call seems clear. I'm on Cingular's network. When I call some friends who are on Verizon, there is static the louder they talk. I thought my volume might be too high but adjusting that didn't seem to help.

Is this just that Cingular and Verizon phones don't communicate well to each other or do I have a problem with my HFL system?
