I ordere some leds and two of the same lights that was packaged together was not soldered...how are they with their customer service?

Their customer service is awesome, they are local where I live. Alot of members on here and other forums use them along with other companies that make leds.

i tried calling them earlier but they were already closed...will try to call them again in the morning

....stated my issue and gave them my invoice number and they're shipping another led at no cost today...all of this under 4 minutes on the phone

highly recommend www.superbrightleds.com to anyone
