Subwoofer setting stuck at "Off"

Subwoofer setting stuck at "Off"
I got in my 2004 TL today & noticed the volume was low. While checking the settings, I noticed the subwoofer was set to "Off" but I was unable to turn it back on using the knob. Does anyone know the fix for/cause of this? Thanks.

Is your fader set all the way forward? I believe that will do it.
