I was the FIRST that I know of, that went through this...
There's 2 small microphones you have to unhook. The interference is coming from the "active noise cancellation" that is only on the TL-S.
Pop off the cover up by the sunroof controls, and unplug the SMALL microphone in there. The 2 big ones are for the bluetooth and voice commands, leave those alone.
Then, there's one more in the BACK in the upper headliner... same thing, pop out, and disconnect...
Feedback GONE!

When I finally isolated the problem, I realized that what was happening was that when the aftermarket sub was turned on (receiving signal from the stock sub still plugged in) it was actually moving the factory sub causing the coil to put interference into the signal line, thereby causing the aftermarket sub to produce a feedback tone.
The problem would always stop when I openend the doors because the air pressure in the cab would be released and the factory sub would not be affected anymore. I blame the free-air design of the sub. Anyways, in my specific case, simply unplugging the stock sub (yet still pulling signal from that wire) solved my problem. Hope this helps.
