Subs pop when AC compressor engages/disengages

I don't remember it always doing this. It seems like it's only been the last month or so. This is my first summer with the Infinity beta digital amp though. I haven't listened close enough to tell if it's when the clutch engages or disengages but it's definately the AC cycling. I'm running a JL audio 6 channel for my highs and the highs don't have this problem. It only happens at very low volumes. I know there is usually a diode in the system to keep voltage from being sent back into the computer and frying it when the compressor kicks off. I'm a little worried it has gone bad and is causing the popping.

So basically I'm asking, has anyone else had this problem?

I think you may need a capacator to help the volatage flow as it appears that the draw from the a/c compressor is causing a power drop for a split second.
