Talking Sub popping sound

I have a sub and amp in my 2005 tl wired up with a line out converter and when the ac kicks on or you roll the windows up or down the sub makes a popping sound i tried a ground loop isolator on the rca to the amp but then i get no signal at all i know its some weird feedback from the car but how can i stop it. I also have tried changing the ground as well.

exactly what is your power source for the remote wire? Are your power and RCA's anywhere near each other. Ideally the RCA's should not be ran anywhere near any power wires. This is easier said then done but is possible.

I have the remote wire to the accesory fuse I've tried switching that and the RCA are right in the trunk from the factory sub with the line out converter could that be the prob? Should I tap into the rear speaker instead or is there a better spot. Sorry no pics it's all put together and hidden.

ive done many setups using a line out converter from the sub(before and after the rear amp) so that should be fine. I would honestly try another fuse. I usually run my remote wire off fuse 32 or 33... if my memory serves me correctly 32 is the ACC fuse.

check your ground make sure its a solid metal conncetion. if you need to take some sandpaper or a dremel make sure its a clean connection with no paint.
