I just bought a JL Audio 500.1 amp and am thinking about either picking up
(1) 10w7 or (1) 12w3 or (2) 10w3's. Has anyone had any problems having a sub or subs hooked up to the factory stereo. I plan to upgrade the rest of the stereo later, just want to do the sub(s) for now. Any help would be much apriciated. Thanks

 

I had the 10W7 hooked up to factory stereo with JL 500/1 amp. Didn't have any problems but got rid of the combo because it was too much bass & rattling for my liking.
