i have a 2004 Base and when i start the car i get the nav booting up then the ok screen, press ok then the map comes up.. seems fine but when i press audio button it wont change to the audio screen. also is there a way to make the radio default as the first screen to display not the map?

Don't press I agree and the map won't show up

if i don't press agree then the whole screen goes dark like a screen saver..

And you're saying you then can't press the Audio button? Sounds like the nav is on the fritz
