Those of you that listen to music like krewella and adventure club, what are your eq settings?

Just got a 07 TL the other day, but I've got mine set to Bass +6, SUB +3, Fade +2 To the Rear. Also I have my surround sound(or w.e it is) turned on. You could also try Treble from +1 to +3. Thats basically how I set up all my cars. Sounds alright to me.

when I set my bass or sub high i get rattling from the sub? I already stuffed cloth between the rear vents and the deck lid to get rid of rattling. Are my speakers blown? It goes away if I hold down the sub cover.

unlikely
the rear deck is just full of rattles, and it takes more than few minutes to fix it

I've already got so much fabric stuffed into the rear vents so the plastic doesn't hit metal. Anything else I'm overlooking?

ahh the rest of the rattles was coming from the rear vents hitting the rear window. shoved Styrofoam in there and rattles are gone.

BASS+5
TREBLE+2
CENTER+1
SUB+6
FADE/BALANCE=0

I may try fading to the back like one previous poster mentioned.

is the subwoofer settings supposed to be for sub-base frequencies? bass and subwoofer kinda seem like redundant settings to me.

Bass is the level of bass that is output to all speakers.
Sub is the level of the output from the sub.

KEEP THE SUB DOWN. I had it all the way up for a while and it started rattling. Unfortunately I think I'm gonna need to buy new speakers because they all rattle if it's too loud. The moral to the story: buy better speakers to play loud and keep the sub/bass levels down.

Exactly. I can't believe people can't figure that out. The subwoofer control only controls the volume of the sub, not the amount of bass into it.

So after solving the most of the rattling, these are my current settings:
BASS: C
TREBLE: C
CENTER: C
SUB: +2
FADE: R2
BALANCE: C

Last source of rattling is the 3rd brake light cover. If i put my hand on it the rattling stops. Any tips on solving this?
