Stock Sub-woofer Blown
Stock Sub-woofer Blown
My stock sub just got blown and I was wondering if I can replace it with these and still use the factory amp:
i am not sure about that sub. i know our stock sub is 2 ohms, 40 W, and you're looking at a 200W RMS sub...i don't think you'll get anywhere close to the power it needs. plus our stock sub is free air and most of those are meant for sealed or ported enclosures. i don't know enough to say if it would work
If he finds a IB sub than it will work, but custom work will needed to be done/added to this install. Also little bigger amplifier will need to be used, The stock one will not work, or will not have enough of power to push after market sub-woofer.
$40 shipped if you're in the states.
