Stereo Misidentifying regular CD as DTS?

Noticed yesterday that my stereo things a regular CD is a DTS disk. I haven't tried ejecting and re-inserting yet. Has anyone else experienced this?

Now, if it would only make it sound like a DTS disk, then we'd definitely have something here!

Which CD? In order to detect the CD as DTS, it would have to be false syncing on a DTS stream embedded in the tracks. That really shouldn't happen.

I have the same problem. If you eject the disk and put it back in, it will id it as a cd again. It seams to happen, when I play a DTS disk then jump to a CD-R disk. The CD-R will show up as a DTS. It has not happened with a pre-recorded CD yet.
