i am thinking that i will upgrade my stock speakers which really suck...
but i am not sure which brand is good for ATL2006
i am thinking of Alpine SPR-17S
Infinity KAPPA63.7I
or Polk Audio db650

i tried to compare between Alpine and Infinity, I guess Alpine seemed to have good quality of sound. (never tried Polk Audio but I had tried for home theater speakers which had really good sound)

but if there are better ones, like Focal Jmlab ect...(hard to get them look before i buy here in Michigan)

what would u recommend for me the best qulity of sound???

It really boils down to personal preference. Some people like their highs to be clear, will other will prefer a smoother note. I would prefer, personally to go with a setup with silk dome tweeters. If you want a good set of speakers, I've had nothing but excellent results with CDT, as well as elemental design component set. They are very reasonably priced and actually use CDT parts.

Either way, I would go with a setup with silk dome tweeters. Just my .02!
