Hi all,
I am having a problem with my new T608 Bluetooth phone and I am wondering if anybody else has had the same problem. The HFL function works great for outgoing calls. However, when I get a call to my car, the radio volumn goes down and the Nav screen shows the phone graphics. But about 50% of the time, when I press the "pick up" phone button on the steering wheel, the HFL gets droppped, the radio goes back on, and I have to quickly dig the phone out of my pocket to answer it.
Am I missing something obvious regarding either the phone set up or the TL HFL setup?

OK, I got in touch with Acura for this. I have an Motorola E815 but this might be applicable to other phones with the same problem. The Acuralink guy, who was very helpful, got me to check the settings under Car Settings and Headset Settings, to check that both had Auto-Answer set to Off (which they already did). Then he got me to remove the battery from the phone for 10 seconds to reset it. Haven't had a problem since, although it hasn't been long.

I'd recommend going to handsfreelink.com and contacting Customer Service if this doesn't help.
