Is there a way where I can just use the voice commands on my phone to sync to the TL instead of redoing them on the TL?

 

You can't use the TL's voice recog. to activate your phone's voice commands.

You may want to use the phone's voice commands to dial a call then use the car's "transfer" command to move the conversation to the HFL.
