The only panels that have gaps are where the side panels meet the sub enclosure. I saw the car for a good 20 mins yesterday and didn't see it but its pretty evident in the pics from the extreme side angle they were taken at.
As for the waves in the vinyl I think thats the flash from the camera bringing out imperfections that are not noticeable with the naked eye see with the naked eye...
I can say while I didn't get to do any critical listening for quality and bring any reference disks with me. The few mins I heard of just balls out bass were impressive SPL wise. I am going to try and borrow a friends term lab in the upcoming weeks and get a reading I am pretty curious..

looks nice, a bit too busy for me but if you want a ton of bass, this certainly is the ticket.
a good way to tell the quality of the install overall, through pics (as its hard to see it in detail in photos), is to snap a few shots of the wiring job behind panels.
a good installer will make sure all the wiring behind there is neatly tied down, and secured, it doesnt have to be made super pretty unless its being shown, but there should be a wiretie every 6 inches or orless, and everhting neatly bundled and tied down...instead of flying wires everywhere this is why i try to include at least one or two shots of hte wiring leading to the components in every install i post
get us some pics will ya?
