My SE610 had been working well since I got the car about five weeks ago but recently it has failed to recognize incoming calls. Sometimes I can answer through the cars bluetooth system and other times the system won't recognize the incoming call and I have to answer from the phone itself. Outgoing calls through the system are fine. I've tried repairing the phone with the system and that didn't help and it's not a battery issue. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks

 

Did anything else happen when the hfl/phone started to act this way?

 

The car bluetooth system announced "you have a call" but then it won't shift over tto the car but rather stays on the handset. I guess either the phone or the car's headset is on the fritz. SE has told me it's the car and (surprise) Acura tells me it's the headset.
