does anyone know if this key will work with 04-06 model tl's? i found it on ebay.

Most likely not, the 07/08 keys are different in thickness as compared to the 04-06 keys, but I am not 100% sure. Your best bet is to contact that seller to confirm with him.

 

I don't know. Judging by the pic in the auction it looks like the key is milled. If so, all you would have to do is have it cut and programmed to your immobilizer. Like the above poster said though, contact the seller and confirm before you buy.

 

it has no remote functions unlike the OEM TL key
