hey everyone, i was just wondering if it is possible to completely reset the nav system since I bought a new update disc. The car came with a honda accord disk for some stupid reason and some of the features aren't working right as a result. I just got the correct disc and tried to load it through the diagnostic screen (holding down map, menu, cancel for 5 sec). For some reason though, it still seems to be running off the old software. Any ideas?

 

did you then press menu, then press download button on the screen?

 

you mean hit menu once you're in the diagnostic screen? I selected the version button on the screen and hit "load disc"
