Replacing XM with Sirius in an '08 TL w/Nav

Replacing XM with Sirius in an '08 TL w/Nav
I am investigating replacing the factory XM system in my 08 TL w/Nav with a HONSC1 and SCC1.
I know I could pay the extra $$ for the best of sirius and not touch anything, but I have a lifetime sub to sirius and I want to transfer to the car.
Does anyone have this installed in their car and will it retain full functionality? One hidden gem we discovered that all the XM presets change when the 2nd key is used to open and start the car. My wife loves that feature.
If I dont do the solution above, I am going to have someone install my existing sirius radio.
Can anyone offer opinion or experience?
