Replacing XM/FM with HD radio?

I'm completely ignorant with this stuff so bear with me....

I don't care for XM/Sirius anymore. The better my system gets, the worse FM/XM/MP3s sound.

As I understand it, we need a stand alone tuner for HD???

Is it possible to install the HD tuner out of site and use the factory XM button and channel changing?

For what it's worth, I would give up either XM or FM, don't really care.

Basically, I want HD but still look stock.

or ... www.peripheralelectronics.com

Get the PXAMG which integrates with their HD Tuner modules -- you'll have IPOD as well as HD and you'll retain your XM ... seems like a no brainer.
