replacing stock speakers

I am trying to upgrade the stock sound system on my 06 TL. My budget is $1,000 for 4 speakers and amp. I already have the sub and amp for it. I want SQ over loudness.

do what im doing Focal. my wifes car has boston pro 6.5 they are nice
but they love power
Im using focal fp amps in my install

I already ordered two sets of polk audio db651s and db5251 and an eclipse amp. I will install them this weekend, I will let you know how they sound.
