I want to replace the rear sub.... it is 8" right???

are there are issues that will come my way doing this? or is it a clean and easy swop???

Anyone suggest any brands?

the depth of the sub will be the real problem as there isn't a lot of room to work with in the rear dash...

If you are going to replace the factory sub, just plan on puting a box in the trunk! You can have a small one built in your trunk, and still have a lot of room back there! The problem with putting in in the same spot would be the enclosure size! And the price!!! It would be cheaper to go the trunk route!! Here is the box that I built for my trunk! It has two 10's in it! You cant see them because they fire at the back seat! I have two port holes shooting through the ski pass!

No, not really! The box enclosure is what makes the sub actually hit!
