replace Power Mirror Switch
One screw on the bottom right hand side by the radio. It would be by your right knee when you're sitting in the car.
Then you may pull the panel off, it's just clips holding it. Pull the panel towards you as you sit inside the car (pull towards/in direction of the rear of car).
