Rear speaker cover vibrates with high base

So like most of you the rear speakers cover starts to vibrate when i increase the sub-woofer volume.

So as recommended, i stuck a few small folded cardboard pieces between it and the rear windshield which seemed to help but the vibration was still there.

Last weekend i thought i'd stick a few more pieces to make it stop but now its happening much more...

Any advice?

take the rear shelf off and buy 1/4- inch window/door tape that has the sticky back. Cut the tape into squares and put it on the rear deck and rear shelf cover underside so it'll apply pressure and keep it from rattling.
