Input end would need to be cut off and soldered or spliced to the wires from headunit! Output of rca goes to processor or amp. Your question is a bit vague

Nope! I would suggest reading many of the stereo build threads, this is not the easiest system to modify, but with research you can achieve anything you want. What is it that your trying to do anyway?

Agreed. OP, you have a ton of reading to do. There is no where in this system you can just plug in RCAs and hook them up to your aftermarket amps.

easiest solution, but not necessarily the best would be to disconnect OEM sub, run speaker level to amp if it will accept it, if not use LOC to amp. Run new power/ground to amp and signal wire and your done. Then upgrade front stage so its not overpowered by your sub

I wired an adjustable line output converter to the signal wires for the factory sub woofer. Then I left the factory sub unplugged, and I have the ability to turn the subs up and down with the oem radio through the SUB control. I hear people say it could damage the radio components, but I've had it in for 4 years and all my speakers still sound like new. I usually have it set to -4 or -5 for low bass.
the line output converter cost me about 40 bucks and it took 10 minutes to install. Just don't forget to unplug the factory sub because it will sound someone dropping a turn in your back seat...
