RAZR2 V9m WAS ABLE TO IMPORT PHONEBOOK TO NAVI

I previously had a Motorola V710, which would not import my phonebook to the navi's phonebook. This past Saturday I renewed my cell phone contract and picked up the new Motorola Razr2 V9m. I proceed to set up the HFL and then was excited to see if the phonebook would actually transfer to the Navi with this phone. Sure enough, it put all the names, number, and extras in the Navi's phonebook.

Great news! Ive been checking the Acura site for them to update this for weeks! Still nothing.

The V9m is for verizon im guessing, I need the regular V9 from ATT. Hopefully it works just as well.

I'm actually thru US Cellular and from what I understand the V9 and V9m are pretty much the same phone. I can't say for sure what the difference is...I think it has something to do with the digital signal receptors

Hmmmm... I had the V9m from Verizon for a couple of days and had to return it due to problems with bluetooth. Everytime I connected it to my laptop or HFL it would not release the connection and could do nothing in the bluetooth menu. After that the only way to get it to connect to anything it had paired with was to delete the pairing and start fresh... Hopefully that was just my phone, if not sounds like maybe they fixed it.

That's definately not happening with me. The bluetooth will disconnect when I open my door or remove the key from the ignition. I can actually turn off the car and continue my conversation without the bluetooth disconnecting.
