Does Acura have any plans to upgrade the S/W in the TL so that you can get radio data from radio stations? I find it very frustrating that you can get info on the artist and title on XM but not on radio stations (They do air this info) or CD's. Surely this is not that complicated to implement with such an advanced system as it is! Also why do they not make the title or artist scroll so you can see the complete name? The abbreviated names are ridiculous

For future vehicles- maybe. For upgrading the existing ones- no.

 

Are you talking about RDS? If so, probably not. That is a different technology that Honda/Acura does not use. Remember all the buzz about stereo AM? Well, that came and went in a hurry. If you can wait a few years all the new radio receivers will be digital (like XM and Sirius) with all kinds of options for display, etc. XM now is limited to 16 characters per line like on the '04 TL.
