Sup all

Quick question for anyone that may know...I have a 2006 TL with navi and im having no audio for my radio which inturns means the bluetooth isnt working either...im assuming they are connected some how. The nav works fine though which is the weird part. In the diagnostic screen it shows a Red box with NG in it for the radio. Does this mean not grounded? Has anyone come across there tls having this code or seeing someone else with this issue. The dealership told me 100 dollars just to look at it but more then likely they were just going to charge me the 2500 to replace the whole console since all the systems work together, nav radio bluetooth. Any help woud be appricated. I did do a search on NG nothing came up but not sure what the abbreviation could mean. ANything with error brings up the people having code issues which isnt my case.

 

I think NG means "no good". The service manual says to check for a loose audio unit connector.
