i just got it back from the shop after getting the axles changed. they had to jump it to get it started and i left and the radio wasn't working. bought a new battery and put in the navi code but still no power to the radio. it was working perfect before i brought it to the shop.. and also my ipod touch was stolen and the owner found it but came up with a story that didn't make sense. also when i got the car back all the cd's that were in the radio were taken out

okay......Heres a hard one for you to grasp...
go back to the shop. they fuxored your shit
Egad man, you've had a host of problems...OK, did this happen before or after the turn signal problems? Have you done any other mods or electrical work to the car?
I assume the fuse you checked was fuse #5 in the under dash fuse box. Did you pull the fuse out and inspect it?
And what kind of back street shop did you take it to where they rip off your stuff? (Of course, there's a lesson to be learned from this experience).
Edit: Pull fuse #7 for one minute and then put it back in. Turn on the radio and see if the display reads "COdE".

yes it was #5 (RADIO) and it wasn't blown but i still replaced it anyway.
i took it to a licensed shop in town
this happened before the turn signal problem.. the turn signal problem happened an hour ago after i put the headlights in. i haven't done any mods or touched anything electrical.

Wow, so he has a guilty mind over this? Wonder what he knows about it? Well, that's good news I suppose. You might want to mention fuse 32 to him, although now I wonder if it's something more serious than a fuse (i.e. employee abuse)...Good luck, keep us updated.
you can get the radio code by holding the number 1 and 6 preset for the radio stations, 2 sets of numbers will come up on the dashboard (not the navigation), those numbers represent the serial number of your radio, you can take this number to an acura dealership and they can get you the codes or you can track it down online with your vin number as well to contact the original dealership that sold the car as they would have the radio/navi codes, once you get the code turn the radio on like you would normally and the dashboard will say "code", then put in the radio code using the presets
u dont have to take the radio out to find the serial # jus open the glove box and its on the side of the box facing the driver side....turn ur car on and jus enter the code it should b 5 or 6 #s
