Quickest way through the OK prompt

My navi takes a while for the OK button to come up. Sometimes it's about 5 seconds and sometimes it's about twenty. Twenty seems like a long time when you want to get to the audio screen. A question:

Does anybody know why the differant delays? it's got to be something running in background but I don't know what.

I think it's unanomous that the navi nag sucks (although better than Nissan and Lexus) I'm just trying to figure out if there is a configuration I can set to minimize the delay. Thanks.

no setting for the delay.. unless you recently mod your startup screen for you nag, if a improp size of bmp is used, it will cause a delay on the start up..
