Im just wondering what you have your bass set at on the HU. I have mine at -4 and my subwoofer at +2 or +3 depending on the song. Just wondering if its better to have the bass set at 0 because I noticed changing the bass also changes the subwoofer.

 

I set my gains on my amps with everything flat at 0 used a test tone disc and digital multimeter to get everything right, at the levels set most of the time my sub is at -3 for daily use. I have never had to go past 0 on the sub and the bass is at -1

 

Bass @ +2, +3, I enjoy the fuller sound.
Sub @ -6, -5, with my amp set just under flat.
