Just fyi

I flipped on my subsonic filter and it cured the issue... still get it a bit when i turn the gain up but it still sounds great just below that level.. if it keeps it up ill look into those mics.. i did not know that about the car.. Thanks!!!
OK so after driving the Subsonic filter didnt fix it. I went ahead and unhooked the rear mic like stated in the other fourms... So it fixed the problem all was well...
Now I just drove home and turned off the car.. And then it did it again... WITH THE CAR TURNED OFF!!!! I had to pull out the remote wire to wait till tomorrow for me to go back through it...
Im using the stereo fuse for my remote signal.. It was fine before so I don't know what happened now.
Starting to get to the point where im just going to rip it all out.

dude u need a hi/lo. connect the 2 wires from the sub output to 2 wires on the hi/lo then connect a y splitter at the other end of the hi/lo the (rca side) and connect a set of rca's to the amp....subsonic filters clean music as it plays it doesnt correct isolated grouding noises or loops. amps like voltage to be given to them to play music, this is what the hi/lo does. takes wattage converts to voltage..... it doesnt clean anything up....thats the amps/crossovers/eqs/epicenters/(whatever else u have cleaning it up) jobs.

What is the HFL system?

Get a JL amp or amp that has high voltage inputs
Connect the amp to the factory wires for the sub, then install the sub in the trunk.
If you want have a system that has a lot more clarity, better soundstage and more, you would need to do this:
Take factory wires -> Rocksford fosgate 3.sixty.2 audio processor or any other audio processor -> amp -> speakers.
