anyways my question is for the navtraffic service is it supposed to auto reroute you around heavy traffic?

i really enjoyed the traffic info when i had the free 3 months, but it just bothered me that it wouldnt route me around traffic

 

From what I've heard you need to reroute it yourself.

 

I think the '09 RL is getting automatic re-routing, but currently none of the other vehicles have that today. My guess is that it's something that could be added via a new disc, but unlikely, at least for a few years, as that's a selling feature that I'm sure Acura doesn't want to take away from its flagship vehicle.

 

It seems like continued support of the older products would be a better selling point.

 

In the TL Type S Commercial the car routes the guy around construction... does it not really do this?!?

 

it should do that, it should be an option during your routing methods, also make sure auto reroute/recalculate is on too.
