My Motorola Q will not dial numbers through the HFL. I can receive calls just fine. However, when the HFL starts to dial, the car pushes the call to the phone and I have to talk through the phone. The funny thing is that the phone is still showing connected via Bluetooth.
Any suggestions?

 

Have you flashed to the latest firmware? There are other threads out there talking about this fixing the problems. Suggest you do a search

 

I did flash the latest software. I also did a search but could not find anything specific to the Q. I will search a little harder.

I have not resolved the problem.
Verizon said they did something to my line that should help. It did not help.
I still have the problem. Not sure why the HFL wants to transfer to my Q after I tell it to call.
