I was hoping someone may be able to tell me what I need to do...

If I am in my car and on a phone call, and someone else calls at the time, my phone will automatically switch over to the line calling, and transfer the call to my phone... i then have to tell the new person I'll call back, and when I switch back to the first call, I have to disconnect bluetooth, and then connect it again in order to use the HFL... this is very annoying and I've tried everything in order to fix it!

 

Try this
Settings>Carsettings or Headset>Auto Answer and try turning it off.

What version of firmware does your V600 have? Settings->Other Information->Firmware
